New (new old stock), vintage, collectible. Plastic clamshell packaging is sealed/unopened but does shows some shelf wear/tear due to age. We are unable to test or guarantee vintage sealed units such as this. Headphones look good, and the foam earpieces seem to be currently intact. The foam doesn’t appear to have disintegrated yet, but the actual condition can’t be known until the package is fully opened the foam earpieces may instantly break apart when taken out of package, due to age!
