I present 2 CD players, one of the latest in the Discman line, which still had excellent sound quality and are appreciated by fans of these devices. Outwardly they are in very good condition considering the production date. Both devices have a similar problem: they turn on for a few seconds, but the disc does not start spinning up. I suspect that this is because the condensers have dried out from time to time. This is the only problem with the electronic circuitry of these truly high quality devices.
