Sony D-25 Portable Discman CD Player withcase, manual, cpm 100 plate, gooseneck

This was my baby in the late 80’s! This was the Sony Discman D25 that I used in my car and with a set of small powered speakers (not included here) I took the Discman into hotels etc! This lot includes the D-25 Discman, its carrying case, the owners manual, the CPM 100 mounting plate with dc power cord and the gooseneck that attached to the floor of my car to allow the whole kit to’float’ in the air near my dash stereo. Also included is a output cassette that allows you to play thru any cassette deck that does not have an Aux input. There is a battery for the Discman but it is deceased. Nor do I have a 110v transformer wall wart for playing from AC, which is easy to find. In excellent physical condition but as is common with these units especially those that have been sitting for some time, the player won’t read a disc because the lube on the laser arm needs to be replaced. The gooseneck arm had duct tape around it to secure the screws that attach it to the bottom of the mounting plate. When I photographed it I removed the tape and found the screws still there.
