This is one of Sony’s legendary portable CD players, released on July 1, 1999 – marking 25 years since the debut of the first model. Equipped with Sony’s advanced G-PROTECTION anti-skip technology, it offered a significant upgrade from earlier memory-based systems, ensuring high-precision skip resistance. The unit features a magnesium die-cast body and a slide-in loading mechanism, making it both stylish and durable.
