Vintage 1985 Sony D-5A Compact CD Player with Sony AC-D50 AC Power Adapter Works

Vintage 1985 Sony D-5A Compact CD Player with Sony AC-D50 AC Power Adapter. It is used and works well. When you press open the top only opens a little bit (see photos) and you have to manually open it the rest of the way. I’m assuming this is just how it was made but thought I should mention it just in case. The wall plug looks to have gotten some paint on it. There is a small dent on the top, beneath the Sony logo. I should also mention that the volume knob is only meant to be used with the headphones, so if you’re using the audio outputs and listening to it through a TV for example, the volume has to be changed through the TV.
