Includes player and soft case, original PSU (US model AC-E455), original RM-DM20L remote with all working functions and display, proprietary earbuds designed to plug into the RM-DM20L, the 2AA Battery carrier (tested working, no corrosion or battery leakage present), and 4.5V Car adapter DCC-E2455. I do not have the manual. Played and listened to seveal discs using different power sources. Contacts for the remote might be silghtly dirty, as it took 1-2 replugs to get the display working, but once it came on it remained on and working (this can happen if it was not used for several years as mine was). All small buttons on the remote work. Player itself is incredible clean and cosmetically very strong. I do not have Gumstick batteries, so charging capability for gumsticks is untested and no gumstick batteries are included. Mechanism is smooth and makes appropriate light noise, it does not hunt or shift excessively. Tested all funcitons with AC, battery adapter, and car adapter.
