The item is the cd player, and the headphones only. Its missing the rechargeable battery, and the external battery adaptor. It does not come with the charger. My friend had to make one for me for the video. Please see the following link for proof it is working. Note: that it has the common issue for this model where it skips when playing flat on the table. However works fine when playing at an angle. Also after reading online, you can fix it by adding oil to the engine.
