Sony Discman D-555 Vintage CD Player With Power Cords, Case, Car Mount WORKS

Rare vintage Sony D-555 discman player, unit is in good overall working condition. The top near volume buttons, and one side has some minor scratches. Battery does not seem to be holding a charge, when plugged into AC power it works great & sounds great. When switching threw tracks there is a very slight delay, it is not instantaneous. Reads and plays fine still, just figure i would mention. Not sure if it is normal or not. Battery compartment also free of corrosion. Please see all photos showing all wear.
